Shipping Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are effective since September 27th 2018.

Our store sells products to private persons over 18 years old. The product prices include VAT. We reserve the rights to change both the prices and shipping costs.
The customers places an order by moving the products into the cart and paying for the order either via Checkout.fi or PayPal. We handle all the private information with care. The personal contact information needed for the order is not used in any other way other than to be able to ship the order to the customer or contact the customer whether there are any confusions or additional information needed. We assume you have read through and agreed to these terms and conditions as you place your order.
The payments are processed either via Checkout Finland (card payments, Finnish online banks and invoices) or PayPal.
By paying via Checkout Finland, you agree to the terms and conditions of Checkout Finland Oy (Checkout Finland Oy, Varastokatu 3 A 33100 Tampere, Finland). By clicking “Buy” you agree to the general terms and conditions of Sinikara Stationery.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You get an order confirmation immediately by email after we’ve received our order. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via email ([email protected]).
SHIPPING METHODS AND PRICES
The shipping costs include both the shipping as well as the packing fees. We ship every order via Finnish Post. Right now, we don’t offer tracking for the parcels. We are not responsible for orders lost by mail.
Your order will be shipped within 1-30 working days as a letter. Please understand our products are made to order and therefore the processing might take up a few weeks during big sale event and new releases. We work long hours to always get the orders out as soon as possible.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
RIGHT TO RETURN THE ORDER
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days with no questions asked. The 14 days starts when you receive your order.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel this agreement, we will return all the payments we have received from you including the shipping costs withing 14 days from the cancellation. We will return the payment via the method of payment you used when placing the order.
You must send the order pack to us within 14 days from the cancellation.
If the product has either been lost or damaged during transport or the product isn’t what you expected or orderd, you must contact us within 14 days.
